Rental Decor

We carry a wide range of wedding decor, dinnerware rental and linen rental.  You can view our showroom by appointment or contact us for pricing.

Payment of 50% of the rentals is required upon renting to guarantee the rental for your required date.  This is NOT the security deposit. If the event is canceled at least 90 days prior to the pick up date, all payments will be refunded in full with the exemption of a $50 administration fee. Any less than 90 days notice, the entire payment will be lost.  If you wish to cancel only specific items on your booking, the 50% deposit will be applied to the remainder of the rentals if 90 days notice has been given.  If less than that, the deposit is lost.

A security deposit is mandatory on all orders either in the form of a valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard) per-authorazation or cash deposit (determined by managerial staff) on the value of the order.  Credit cards will be checked for validity prior to rentals leaving the store.  Cheques will not be accepted.  The cost of any missing or damaged items including lost packing containers will be deducted from the security deposit.

Rental rates are quoted for a 3 day period unless otherwise indicated.  All charges are for time out, regardless of whether used or not.  Rentals must be returned on the date specified or the full fee will be charged per day.

Rentals are to be picked up and returned in a covered vehicle (car, SUV, van).  There are no exceptions as this is common sense.  We reserve the right to refuse to send rentals in a vehicle that we find inappropriate for our products. (trucks, dirty trunks or dirty vehicle interiors).  Any rentals returned in opened vehicle will be charged $50.00
