Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from our boutique in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Because we are 100% Canadian-owned and operated, our Canadian customers never have to worry about surprise customs fees or border delays.
Do you offer local pickup in Prince Albert, SK?
Yes! If you are local, you can skip the shipping fees. Local orders can be picked up at our sister location, Unique Weddings, located at 7.5 km Hwy 2 N in Prince Albert, SK. Please Note: To keep our prices competitive, Hair We Go Again operates as an online-only boutique. Wigs are kept in secure, climate-controlled storage and are not on display for viewing or try-ons at the retail store. Unique Weddings serves strictly as a convenient pickup point for your pre-paid online orders.
How much is shipping?
We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada and the USA. Orders over $300 ship for FREE for domestic Canada orders.
What should I know about USA orders?
We are proud to offer streamlined shipping for our international customers. For orders heading to the United States, we prepay all U.S. duties to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery process.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
To maintain the highest standards of safety and hygiene for all our customers, all sales are final. Due to the personal nature of hair products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. We personally inspect every "Rock Your Crown" unit before it leaves our boutique to ensure it meets our luxury quality standards.
Wig Care & Quality
Are these human hair or synthetic?
We specialize in High-Quality Luxury Synthetic Wigs. These units are curated for their realistic appearance, "bold and sparkly" personality, and ease of maintenance.
How do I wash my luxury synthetic wig? Fill a sink with cool water and a small amount of mild synthetic wig shampoo. Soak, gently swish (never rub!), and rinse thoroughly in cool water. Pat dry with a towel—never wring it out!
How do I keep the fibers looking smooth? Synthetic fibers love a little TLC. For a professional finish, I recommend using a handheld steamer to gently smooth out any "frizz" or "friction frizz" that happens at the nape of the neck. Please note: Steaming will naturally straighten synthetic hair. If your wig is curly and you steam it, the hair will become straight.
How do I restyle or re-curl my wig? If you have straightened the hair with steam and want to bring the curls back, you will need to restyle it. You can do this by using rollers and steam or a curling iron on a low heat setting.
Can I use heat tools like curling irons? Most of our boutique units are Heat-Friendly, but you must be careful! Always use a low heat setting (under 180°C/350°F).
The Golden Rule of Synthetic Styling: Unlike human hair, synthetic hair "sets" as it cools.
If you use a curling iron, hold the curl in your hand or clip it until it is completely cold before letting go.
If you use rollers and steam, let the hair dry and cool completely in the rollers before removing them. If you pull them out while they are still warm, the style will not hold!
What is the best way to detangle? Always use a wide-tooth comb or a specialized wig brush. Start at the very ends and work your way up to the roots. This prevents tension on the cap and keeps the fibers from stretching or snapping.
How should I store my wig when I'm not wearing it? To keep the style and prevent tangles, store your wig on a wig stand, satin bag or a wig bag.
Getting Ready to Rock
How do I cut the lace on my new wig?
Cutting the lace can feel scary, but just take it slow! We recommend using a pair of sharp, small scissors (like nail scissors).
Cut the lace in small, zigzag motions rather than one straight line—this creates a more natural, "blurred" hairline.
Cut as close to the hairline as possible without cutting the hair itself. Remember: You can always cut more, but you can’t put it back, so go slowly!
How do I put on my wig so it stays secure?
For a "Rock Your Crown" look that stays put all day, follow these three steps:
The Prep: Tuck your natural hair into a Wig Cap. If your hair is long, braid it or pin it flat against your head to avoid a "lumpy" look.
The Grip: For extra security without the mess of glue, we highly recommend a Wig Grip Band, available in the accessories section of the website. Place the velvet-like band or silicone band over your wig cap; it acts like "Velcro" for your wig, keeping it from sliding back. Jenn’s Pro Tip: If you’re using a wig grip, make sure the 'grain' of the velvet is pointing toward the back of your head—that’s what gives it the grip to keep your crown in place!
The Placement: Hold the wig with both hands, tilt your head forward, and place the front of the wig against your forehead. Slide it back over your head, then use the adjustable straps at the nape of the neck to get a snug, comfortable fit.
Do I need to use wig glue?
All of our units are "Glueless," meaning they look great and stay secure just with the adjustable straps and a wig grip. However, if you want a "slayed" look for a long event or high-wind day, you can apply a small amount of wig glue or specialized lace spray along your forehead. Let it get tacky before pressing the lace down into it. Wrap a cloth headband or scarf to keep it secure while the glue sets
